Taking Flight

On the evening of August 10th, the crowd at Wade Oval was somewhat settled on our blankets and lawn chairs until intermission. At that point a Zumba instructor took the stage and had all 300 of us up and moving. Her manta for the next 15 minutes of motion was “Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go!” And we responded in our various ways; some dancing, most swaying, and little kids ecstatic to be in motion.

I know that God invites us to rest and be still, but…
